LABRIS sample reception points (in Tartu, Tallinn, Kuressaare, and Rakvere) accept all samples that are analyzed at LABRIS. LABRIS arranges the proper storage and shipment of the samples to the corresponding laboratory, and no additional fee is charged for this service.

Animal health samples are generally accepted at LABRIS Tartu.

In general, the ordered analyses/research are carried out on-site at LABRIS laboratories. If the necessary methodologies have not been implemented in LABRIS laboratories, testing services procured from external suppliers (subcontracted work) are used in agreement with the customer, having first ensured the suitability and competence of the service provider. Analyses performed as subcontracted work are specifically marked in the price list.

It is possible to send non-temperature-sensitive samples to LABRIS using door-to-door courier services, which are ordered and paid for by the client. In such cases, it is essential to review the sampling guides HERE. A cover letter, which can be found HERE, must also be completed for the samples to be processed.

Parcel machine services are not used at LABRIS.
