Liquids must be packed in a hermetically sealed vessel. Each hermetically sealed vessel must be placed in a sturdy box filled with absorbing material that prevents the vessel from breaking, the liquid from spilling and the contamination of other shipments.
If you use packaging with old labels, please remove them. The parcel must be labelled according to the courier company´s instructions. Make sure that the recipient's address, name and contact phone number are clearly legible and correct on the label.

It is not possible to send samples to the outdoor parcel lockers! When sending parcels with Itella Estonia OÜ (Smartpost), the Express Business Day service must be selected.
The client is responsible for ensuring appropriate transport conditions of the samples after agreeing on a suitable delivery method with the laboratory.
