Only technical errors may be corrected in test reports (e.g. typographical errors, incomplete customer details, or other inaccuracies in the order information that do not affect the analytical results).
Please always review the test report as soon as possible after receipt. If you notice a technical error in the report, you must notify us within 5 working days from the report issue date. Within this period, we will make the necessary corrections free of charge. To request a correction, please reply to the email by which the report was sent to you.
From the 6th working day onwards, any actions related to corrections will be chargeable in accordance with the current price list (LAB03032 “Amendment of a test report”, fee €9.68 + VAT).
Amendments can be made within 6 months after the report has been issued. After six months, the report will no longer be amended.
The following items are NOT subject to amendment:
product name;
sample batch numbers (except in the case of a typographical error, e.g. a discrepancy in a digit);
test results and measurement values;
dates of analysis.
This procedure for clarifying and correcting test report data is based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, under which the purpose of all changes and clarifications is to ensure the traceability, integrity, and reliability of data.
