During the youth session, Tiina presented a joint project between the Estonian University of Life Science and LABRIS, titled “Food safety of high-risk plant-based foods and meat alternatives” (TEM-TA52). Her outstanding presentation earned her recognition and the opportunity to speak on the “Young Minds of Food Safety” podcast.
